Eligibility:

RNs graduating from a nursing program in any state within the past 3 years

RNs graduating from a nursing program in any state more than 3 years ago

Non-nursing credits

Non-nursing courses that carry college credit may be transferred (subject to policies of individual colleges).

Non-nursing courses that carry college credit may be transferred (subject to policies of individual colleges).

Lower division nursing credits

Credits equivalent to 1 year of full time nursing courses held in escrow until 1 semester of full-time upper division nursing courses has been completed

Testing required if, during the past 3 years, the RN did not have one of the following

 - nursing work experience of 1,000 hours or

 - a CCNE-approved refresher course or

 - an experience approved by the accepting college

Upper division nursing credits

No more than 38 additional credits for nursing courses may be required for those receiving credit for 1 year of nursing course work.
