Supply and Demand Study (2009)

Forcasting Supply, Demand, and Shortage of Nurses in Tennsee by TCN. Using the updated HRSA Nurse Supply and Demand Models, TCN generated projections for the nursing population in Tennessee. CLICK HERE to download the complete .pdf report.

Assessment of LPN Intravenious Practice in TN Report (2004)

Transition to Workforce Study

Currently, TCN is collecting information on a Transition to Workforce study.  This  5-year longitudinal cohort study is tracking the characteristics, attitudes, workforce, and educational mobility of newly licensed RNs in Tennessee in their first five years of practice.  The study includes all new RNs licensed by exam between June 15, 2005 and June 12, 2006.  The Baseline and 1-year follow-up data have been collected.  The 2 year follow-up survey collection is underway.  Future surveys will be collected at three and five years.
