From the West (Entering Nashville from Memphis [I-40]):

Follow I-40 until it meets I-65 North toward Louisville. Take I-65 N. and immediately begin moving to the right lane to take the first exit, Exit 85, marked "8th Avenue, State Capitol and Metro Center Blvd." Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Metro Center Blvd. Follow Metro Center Blvd (moving away from downtown). Go past the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel on the left to the third traffic light at the intersection of Metro Center Blvd. and Great Circle Road. Turn right on Great Circle Road at the Watkins College of Art and Design and go 1/2 mile to Mainstream Drive. Turn left on Mainstream. TCN is at 545 Mainstream Drive (the Riverview Bldg.). This is the third building on the right. Parking is permitted in most of the lot, unless indicated otherwise. TCN is on the fourth floor, Suite 406. When you exit the elevator, turn to the left and make a quick turn to the right and proceed to the end of the hall.

From the East (Entering Nashville from Chattanooga [I-24] or Knoxville [I-40]):

Follow I-40 or I-24 until they merge together. Shortly after the merge, begin moving to the right lane to take I-65 North toward Louisville at the split. Once on I-65 N., begin moving to the left lane to veer left onto I-65 S/I-40 W toward Memphis. Once on I-65 S, move to the right lane to take the first exit, Exit 85, marked "8th Avenue, State Capitol and Metro Center Blvd." Turn right at the top of the ramp onto Metro Center Blvd. Follow Metro Center Blvd (moving away from downtown). Go past the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel on the left to the third traffic light at the intersection of Metro Center Blvd. and Great Circle Road. Stay in the right lane past the split with I-40 W., veering right to I-65 N. and stay in the right lane. Take the first exit, Exit 85, marked "8th Avenue, State Capitol and Metro Center Blvd." Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Metro Center Blvd. Follow Metro Center Blvd (moving away from downtown).
