The Honorable Diane Black The Honorable Diane Black represents House District 45. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and is married with three children. Representative Black is a Registered Nurse and has her A.S.N. from Anne Arundel College in Annapolis, Maryland (1971) and B.S.N. from Belmont University. (1991).
